Tendering process
The following information is required two months prior to the start date:
• Meter Point Reference Numbers (MPRN)
• Site Postcode
• Company Name and Registered Number
• Estimated Annual Consumption
• 12 months daily data for DM sites or 12 monthly profiles for non daily sites.
Site Offer
Once the requested information has been validated, credit checked and processed WINGAS will validate all data with National Grid and confirm with the customer to ensure WINGAS is in complete agreement of the requirements of the tender.
WINGAS will put forward a quotation for the customer’s acceptance & agreement of terms and conditions. Upon acceptance of the quotation contracts will be issued for completion and the sites will be confirmed to National Grid. WINGAS will normally commence as the new shipper within a minimum of 16 working days, subject to National Grid confirmation.
